DEPOSITS
To secure a booking with us we will require a non refundable deposit of 30% of your booking fee with remaining balance due 5 days before your arrival. You will receive a payment request email for this.
Full payment will be required if bookings are made 5 days or less before arrival.
A 1 night stay has to be paid in full at time of booking and is non refundable if booking is cancelled.
CANCELLATIONS
If you have to cancel your booking please do so as early as possible to help us reallocate your pitch.
Cancellations made less than 5 days before arrival NO REFUND will be given. We will offer a 'Gift Voucher' to the value of your booking for a future stay.
Events such as vehicle breakdown, illness or inclement weather etc which may result in delayed arrival, curtailment or cancellation of your stay are not the responsibility of Gamrie Bay CL site and therefore we advise you to seek appropriate travel insurance.
GETTING HERE
Travelling West from Fraserburgh on the A98 for 16 miles until you reach Greenbank Caravans (our CL sign is there) also signposted Gardenstown turn right, in 2.7 miles you will reach your destination.
Travelling East from Macduff on the A98 for half a mile turn left at signpost B9031 heading to Gardenstown. Travel for 5 miles then at Dubford staggered junction turn right and follow the road for 1 mile and you will reach your destination.
